Audience research

Our artist happened to have an EP on itunes,. so we used the service provided to find out what kind of music other people who had listened to our artist had purchased.

We found artists such as Pendulum ( who we compared to very early on ) Monster Cat - Compilations of young electronic music artists, often unsigned, Gemini - a young dubstep / EDM producer and Knife party - an Electronic Music dj pair made up of 2 members of the band pendulum. This gave us a great idea of the kind of people who would be listening to our music, and helped create an audience profile.
